Swiss Dots Baby!!!
I finally found it! I was convinced that every man and his brother had this folder for the cuttlebug except me. Well, I ran into Joanns and they were well stocked in the newer folders. I bought 4, lol. And they were all 40% off this week!!! Gotta love a deal.
I made this card for someone special and will mail it out tomorrow, but I wanted to share it with you all. These images are from TAC’s retired set “My Honey”. I had a very difficult time coloring this bear. He was not blending right for anything. Switched from Georgia Pacific to TAC’s Premium White and he colored great! I’ve never had trouble with GP paper, but it gave me a fit this time. Then, I couldn’t come up with a layout. Well, after getting the CB swiss dots folder, I thought it was the perfect touch. I think I finally like this card! What do you think???
It is just perfect. I love the look of that set. It really stands out. And the distressing make it even more beautiful!
I love it! I haven’t been able to find the swiss dots yet… but it looks like I definitely need it. This is why I NEVER get rid of my retired sets…you just never know when you will need that set to be inspired! This was one of my fav’s too!
The card is gorgeous!! I’m so jealous, I have yet to find that folder either. (insert pout)

Oh I am frothing at the mouth….LOL I STILL can’t find this dang embossing folder. We don’t have a JoAnn’s close by…..and I keep searching online but everywhere I go…they are always out of stock…grrrr! So, I must be the last one on earth to still be without this one…LOL

I am a big fan of the swiss dots as well. It was one of the first folders I bought after getting my Cuttle Bug. Cute Card!
